I am jumping on the memory bandwagon post. I think it is fun to reminisce!
1. Leave a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.EVERYBODY PLAY! I want to see what memories are out there!!

Let's see, I remember sitting right behind you in Math class in high school and to this day you still don't remember. I also remember our very first date and that I thought that would be the last interaction we ever had. Now most importantly, I remember you in an awesome whip-cream dress and looking so beautiful and special on our wedding day. I also remember the day we became parents and how strong your where during everything. As one last memory I remember on our trip back from Ohio when you had to go to the bathroom soooo bad that you ended up using the men's restroom unknowingly. That was pretty funny although you startled me when you came out of the stall.
I remeber the first time that I met you. It was Greg and my first time to dinner at the Gibson's. I think that you and Adam came in separate cars because you were at work. You had brought your own salad from Pizza Factory and I guess you caught my inquisitive glance. You just said, "Oh, I'm pregnant." Funny. I also remeber our lovely walk through the canyon park with our babies. We need to do that again!
I remember a time you were concerned about a boy you were dating so you came over and we talked in the den. Then there was this other guy and we talked in the front room. Oh, and the time you came home from EFY and you floated into the house and we talked in the front room. But the time you came over and we talked about Adam ... that was a talk I will always remember! So let's just say ... TALKING!!
I need a whole page for our memories. Let's start at the very beginning...Mrs. Jennings'home ec class, zima unbreakable bottles, "chocolate" milk, 10-page notes from class to class, calling MnM, Mr. Park and band (now there's a page of it's own), toilet papering...the wrong house, dinner at whatever pasta place we are craving, Little Ceasars pizza and mint oreos at your Provo Apt., living 3 minutes from each other and never seeing each other (my fault...I still kick myself for that), Park City, telling me you were going to serve a mission, mission letters, the 3-year "reunion" at 2 Fat Guys pizza, your informative pre-marriage pep talks, having you in the temple with me on the most important day of my life (I'm so glad I had the excuse that you had to fix my hair so I could talk to you right after the sealing), staying over before Kevin's blessing, watching our husbands talk like they're old friends, and of course, all the times you've cut my hair as an excuse to get together and chat...I just love you Ash—I probably have more memories with you than with anyone because every time we get together is memorable.
Off the subject (kind of)...Tyler works at DHS now and we went to a BBQ with all the faculty...that was my night of reminscing. Mr. Wegkamp was there and actually remembered me. Mr. Myers bonked me on the head with his plate (that was his way of saying, hey, I remember you), Mrs. Stucki, Mr. Dixon, and others were there. It was so funny. Mrs. Campbell, Erin's mom, is the vice principal now. She remembered me and was like "Hmm, I wouldn't have put you two together." We tried to take that the best way possible. :) Anyway, can you imagine if we saw Mrs. Jennings again, I'd be like..."Thank you for making your class so boring that we could talk A LOT!" Love ya Ash!!!
It's hard after reading other people's memories...so many memories, and yet similar. I will go with a lot of Chauntelle's, though I have to admit the first one that popped into my head was the chocolate milk one, and as we have discussed it has never been our proudest moment. Anyway, I will also agree with Diane...talking. It doesn't matter how long it has been since we last talked, it's just like old times and completely normal and comfortable. It doesn't matter what we are talking about, I feel like we can talk about anything. So though I cannot really place an exact memory I will say that you are always a friend and always ready to talk!
Mine are a little older because we lost touch after high school but one of my first great memories is science at the sixth grade center and New Year's Eve when you lived by Missy and we were the only ones on the street outside banging pans. The most recent (sad to say) was when I gave you a ride to St. George from Provo right before your mission. Wow! That was forever ago too! Well, I will be in Cedar in a few months so I guess we will have to go to lunch!
